Yes. TDZ offers international delivery to supported destinations. Availability, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the product, supplier and destination.​
When tracking information becomes available, you can use it to follow the progress of your delivery. You can also visit My Orders to view information about your order.
Some TDZ products are fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfilment partners. If you order multiple products, they may therefore be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered processing or been dispatched. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.​

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos where possible. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
